With our online, ten-area assessment, you’ll gain extensive insights into your executive functioning (EF) strengths and challenges, as well as a clear map of how your brain handles career-related tasks.
A Comprehensive Individual Work Preferences Evaluation
You’ll get firsthand insights into how your work styles and environments shape your career sustainability. You’ll also learn what things to consider most when evaluating your career fit and how to apply those insights to better anticipate and address your needs.
Career Strategy Sessions
In your choice of two or four 1-on-1 sessions, we connect your EF and Work Preferences profile directly to strategy. We’ll map your strengths, identify what’s been sabotaging your progress, and create a realistic career plan you can sustain.

Interview, résumé, cover letter feedback matched to your profile
A personalized EF report with recommendations and strategies to try when things start feeling harder than they should
