After completing the half-day program you WILL come away with a solid, actionable plan of the necessary steps needed to get you to the next milestone in your journey towards financial independence and a sustainable job that aligns with your interests, abilities, and needs.

Mentoring
ND Works CEO Kate Lynn founded the company when she discovered that unemployment rates for university-educated ND adults are as high as 86%.
Kate firmly believes that everyone can find success in the right role and in the right environment. Kate’s mentoring clients get the benefits of her remarkable skills as a business owner, consultant, employer, coach, and parent of a college graduate ND daughter.
While all ND adults can benefit from her expertise and wisdom, Kate is especially passionate about working with clients who, like her, received a late-life diagnosis and who have spent years struggling to find where they fit in.
Kate works with clients from diverse backgrounds and employment histories, and has particular expertise in helping people find non-traditional and remote employment.

Professional ND Evaluations
An official diagnosis can open doors — paving the way for workplace accommodations, better career fit, and a clearer understanding of how your brain works best.
For existing ND Works clients who have not yet received a formal diagnosis, we can connect you with trusted professional evaluators and support you through the process from start to finish. We help you understand your results, translate them into practical workplace strategies, and build the documentation you need to access accommodations.
Evaluation and diagnostic services are available to existing clients only. Testing is conducted by licensed independent professionals.
