Once your results are in, we work with you one-on-one to help you understand what they mean for your career, your workplace needs, and your next steps.

Complete our Neurodiversity Evaluation Interest Form here and schedule a brief intake call with us to discuss your goals, challenges, and whether an evaluation is the right next step for you.
Step 2
We'll connect you with a licensed independent evaluator who will administer a battery of trusted, widely recognized assessments designed to provide meaningful insights for individuals with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergences.
Step 3
Once testing is complete, we'll schedule a session with you to walk through your results, explain what they mean for your career and workplace needs, and help you develop a practical plan for next steps.

A Clinical Interview: A one-on-one meeting using Zoom, to review your developmental, medical, educational, and work history.
Observation and Feedback: Ongoing opportunities to connect and reflect during the testing process, along with two detailed sessions to review and discuss the results after testing is completed.

The length of the testing process depends on the specific assessments being conducted, but generally, it can take between 2-4 hours across one or two sessions. This includes a combination of interviews, questionnaires, and other evaluation tools. You’ll also have time to review results and discuss next best steps.
