Careers get messy. Neurodivergent careers can get particularly messy when you’ve spent years trying to make the wrong environment work, were identified late, hit burnout, lost a job, took time out, accumulated several unrelated careers, or became very good at something you can no longer stand doing.
We look at more than the job. We look at what the job asks of your brain, what it costs you, and what gets easier or harder when the setup changes.
